If you are not satisfied with the product, have a problem with it, or regret your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days of the reception date.
Conditions for exchanging products:
Referring to the Federal Consumer Protection Law, you may make an exchange, provided that the product is in perfect condition and without signs of use, that is, in the same conditions in which you received it. In addition, it is essential that the item is in its original packaging.
How to request an exchange:
To request a product exchange, you must send an email to soporte@tiendasinfronteras.cl, stating your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange. You will receive our contact information with the necessary details to complete the product exchange.
Exchange of products with manufacturing defects:
In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, in the case of items with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request an exchange within 7 days after the order reception date.
How to request an exchange for defective products:
You must send an email to contacto@BuenPack.es indicating your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case within 30 days from the date we receive the products, and the replacement will be sent to the original order address. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the new product.
Return conditions due to regret:
If you regret your purchase, you can also return your order within 7 days after the order reception date at your address, provided that the product shows no signs of use and is in perfect condition. The return cost will be borne by the customer.
